Participation Notice
This exhibition includes an optional interactive, algorithmic matchmaking component.
Art-goers are invited to complete a questionnaire in order to participate in the work.
The questionnaire and resulting classifications are grounded in behavioral research. Some participants may find the results confronting or unexpectedly personal.
Participation is voluntary. You are welcome to attend the exhibition without engaging in the matchmaking component.

PECKHAM OASIS GALLERY
Contact Points brings together four artists whose works approach the relationship between the individual and the systems surrounding them from distinctly different positions. Shifting between kinetic, participatory, and subconscious structures of influence, the works consider points at which bodies come into contact and respond to them.
Rather than a presentation of these systems as abstract or distant, we look at how they are embedded within everyday experience: through space occupation, information we produce, behaviours we develop, and environments that act upon us.
The exhibition brings these different approaches into contact with one another, moving between works that occupy space at large physical scale and those that operate through quieter gestures, movement, and accumulated information over time.
